Basic Prayer Training

In this training you’ll learn the values and the practice of prayer that we encourage at Northstar. It’s designed to equip anyone desiring to take a step into kingdom ministry, especially those looking to hone their skill in praying for others. This necessary step is expected for those hoping to be involved on prayer ministry teams.

Prophetic Prayer & Communion is a corporate time of hearing from God and remembering His promises. We will cultivate an atmosphere of encounter, with a time of worship, reflection and expression from which He will communicate to us through His word, through His Spirit and through His people. Join us at Northstar Church for the premiere of “Sheep Among Wolves, Volume Two” — a documentary detailing the stories from the fastest growing and largest church in the world, from one of the worst places in the world to be a Christian: IRAN.

The original School of Kingdom Ministry (SoKM) team from the Vineyard of Central Illinois will be coming to Northstar on Thursday, June 21st for a night of kingdom ministry, 6:30pm-9:00pm. The goal of the evening is to inspire and activate in us all a greater empowering of the Holy Spirit. There will be churches from all over the city participating.
